Sypnosis:The community of Cryer’s Cross, Montana (population 212) is distraught when high school freshman Tiffany disappears without a trace. Already off-balance due to her OCD, 16-year-old Kendall is freaked out seeing Tiffany’s empty desk in the one-room school house, but somehow life goes on... until Kendall's boyfriend Nico also disappears, and also without a trace. Now the town is in a panic. Alone in her depression and with her OCD at an all-time high, Kendall notices something that connects Nico and Tiffany: they both sat at the same desk. She knows it's crazy, but Kendall finds herself drawn to the desk, dreaming of Nico and wondering if maybe she, too, will disappear...and whether that would be so bad. Then she begins receiving graffiti messages on the desk from someone who can only be Nico. Can he possibly be alive somewhere? Where is he? And how can Kendall help him? The only person who believes her is Jacian, the new guy she finds irritating...and attractive. As Kendall and Jacian grow closer, Kendall digs deeper into Nico's mysterious disappearance only to stumble upon some ugly—and deadly—local history. Kendall is about to find out just how far the townspeople will go to keep their secrets buried
First Thoughts.........
I was super excited when I got this book! Since I got a book recommendation on Goodreads and I immediately got it at the library! Everything about it seemed to be suspenseful, exciting, and all part creepy! It definetly hooks you from the start! :D
Cover & Title.......
Both the title and cover were interesting... and very....mysterious and part creepy. I like the cover, the old desk with the ingraving of Cryer's Cross really get everyone hooked to reading it, so another reason why i choose it!
Book & My Review.......
'Kay' here's were my after-thoughts. I hated the begining but loved the ending. The eunding was really creepy and I actually had dreams of me doing what Kendall was doing to save Nico and it had a good ending that will actually make me read it again, to be honest! :D Lisa Mcmann's writing style wasn't one I really liked to read. Her interpretation of 3rd person wasn't really amazing or anything special but good enough to keep you reading till the last page. Overall, just read it since the ending will haunt you!! o.o
My Review:
In Cryer's Cross,population,212, everyone is dumbfounded when a high-school freshman, Tiffany Quinn disappears without a trance. Every since that the people of Cryer's Cross been looking for her but they can't find out what happend to Tiffany.

But as Kendall piece inb the clues: Tiffany and Nico sitting at the same desk, leaving without a trance, mysterious graffiti writing on the desk, she can't help but to find Nico.
But there's someone that believes Kendall and its Jacian, the new guy she finds annoying and.....actually attracted to. As they work together, they uncover and unravel the secret their own town hid from them. The dark and creepy ones but how far will one town go to hid it own secrets.......
